SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICES FOR MID-WEEK EVENTS!

No two functions are ever the same & many things need to be taken into consideration before we can give you a final price.

Important factors we need to know:

• Day & date
• Venue location
• Approx' venue size
• Occasion
• Approx' number of guests
• Starting & Finishing times
• Parking/Unloading/Loading area:  We need an indication on Parking/Unloading/Loading facilities Easy parking & loading & unloading of equipment will make thing much easier & quicker.  As In many previous events, if we have never performed at a certain venue before, & the travelling distance is reasonable, we will always visit the venue well in advance of the booked date totally free of charge.
• Floor Level/Distance:   Do we need to carry all our equipment up flights of stairs, or is the main setting up area on a ground floor, if so what is the approx distance? As above we will visit if we can, but prior notice will be of big help.

Our equipment is fully PAT tested for electrical safety & we are fully public liability insured which is absolutley essential. We can also provide a clean DBS/CRB certificate for your peace of mind.

The price we quote will be the price you will pay without any nasty hidden extras!

Prices include: Personal Consultation (If applicable), Travel, Fuel, Setting Up & Break Down of Equipment.

Please remember that an average 4.5 hours entertainment could actually be at least 10 hours or more of work for the DJ.

Once we have all the neccesary details we will send you a comprehensive written bullet pointed quote. If you're happy with the price we quote you for what we're offering & want to book Sonik Wave, then rest assured, your booking will be confirmed by a written contract based on the information provided together with a copy of our terms & conditions, subject to a small booking fee (deductable from the final balance), so even if we get an more lucrative offer to perform on the same day as your booking,  we are committed to your function only & will not let you down.

**Maximum lighting effects are achieved in venues where mist/haze/smoke projectors are permitted**
